Join Our Comfort Club!
Keep your heating and cooling systems running at peak efficiency with regular maintenance. Many home and business owners don’t think twice about their HVAC systems—until there’s a problem. But by conducting the proper preventative maintenance, you can avoid those problems and enjoy greater HVAC efficiency, longer-lasting systems, and lowered energy usage (and costs!).
The Comfort Club HVAC Maintenance Service Agreement is between Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. and the Customer. The Agreement renews automatically each year on the anniversary date. If the price of the Agreement changes for the upcoming year, the Customer will be notified prior to the performance of the maintenance work. In addition, Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. or the Customer may cancel the Agreement prior to work being performed. The Comfort Club HVAC maintenance service work will be performed twice a year, unless noted otherwise.

Where applicable, this Agreement includes the following work on the Customer’s heating and cooling equipment:
- Clean condenser coil (one time a year)
- Inspect blower housing
- Observe operation of unit
- Check thermostat operation
- Flush and clear drains
- Check refrigerant level
- Check gas burners (Fall)
- Check for cracks in the heat exchanger (Fall)
- Lubricate motors (some do not require oiling)
- Check electrical connections
Comfort Club Members get priority availability over non-Comfort Club Members. Extra charges will be made for replacement parts, refrigerant, refrigerant recovery per EPA guidelines, duct repairs, freight charges, replacement coils or equipment, etc.
Comfort Club Members receive a 10% discount on any repair.
Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. technicians will endeavor to leave the unit(s) operating effectively and efficiently. However, Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. does not provide any warranty nor guarantee on the Customer’s equipment. In the event of a problem or failure of the heating and cooling equipment, Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. will respond to the Customer as soon as possible, preferably the same day, to make the necessary repairs.
