Steve Chancey and Art Reynolds founded Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. in 1978, launching what would grow into one of Knoxville’s most established home services companies. Both men were graduates of the University of Tennessee, and it was there that they discovered a shared passion for the vibrant Knoxville community they would go on to serve for decades. Together, these two entrepreneurs built Chancey & Reynolds into a business fully committed to meeting the heating and air needs of the greater Knoxville area, laying a foundation that has now supported the company for nearly five decades.
