Steve Chancey and Art Reynolds founded Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. in 1978. Both graduates of the University of Tennessee, Steve and Art discovered a shared passion for their vibrant Knoxville community. Together, the two entrepreneurs built Chancey & Reynolds, a business committed to serving the heating and air needs of the greater Knoxville area. Built on honesty, integrity, reliability, and efficiency, Chancey & Reynolds treats customers like family. Our team of NATE-certified technicians uses teamwork, fairness, and careful planning to ensure top-notch HVAC service, air conditioning, heating, new equipment installation, and indoor air quality for our beloved Knoxville community.

We’ve grown our Knoxville headquarters from a small office building into a fully equipped facility with streamlined operations and impressive capacity. We’ve extended our service coverage by establishing a second office in Lenoir City, strengthening our operation to better serve the community.
