I’ve been using Chancey and Reynolds for several years and they’ve been my goto HVAC service. I usually get multiple bids for large jobs and they’re always competitive and honest when it comes to price. I had an issue with another local company for my last HVAC bid add installation items for over $1000 that weren’t even necessary.After having the installation for two mini splits installed last year I noticed when it was freezing outside my upstairs unit wasn’t heating very well upstairs. This happened months after the install. Paul from service let me know they’d accidentally installed the larger unit downstairs and the smaller unit upstairs where we have vaulted ceilings. He insisted that the job be done right and called out a crew for almost a day to rectify the issue free of charge. I’m impressed that they stand by their work.

We, unfortunately, had a different company install a new heat and air unit. That company did not do good work and after having them come out multiple times to try to fix the problem, called Chancey & Reynolds. Ehsan, a technician from Chancey & Reynolds came out the same day and worked all day even through lunch and finally got our heat and air system straightened out and running correctly. We appreciate C & R and especially Ehsan for taking the time to make sure everything was in proper working order. From here on out, we know who we can trust with our heat and air needs.

Last week I was having some pretty difficult issues with my air conditioning. Which, isn't something you want in this part of Tennessee in the middle of summer. I called Chancey & Reynolds and they sent out a technician named Eshan to help me out. Eshan was on-time, honest and, took the time to see if my unit was under warranty. He did the best he could to keep the house cool until he could schedule a full repair and communicated with me through the entire process.Eshan was knowledgeable about my unit, gave me some advice on preventative maintenance and got me up and running for a fair price. I hope that Eshan stay with C&R for awhile, because I'll be requesting him on my future service calls.

One of our A/C units quit cooling yesterday due to a clogged drain line. I called Chancey and Reynold's at 7:30 this morning and they were able to send out their service technician, Ehsan A., this afternoon! Ehsan was extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly and polite. He diagnosed the problem, thoroughly flushed out the water lines of both units and changed out our large "Aprilaire" filters. We signed up for yearly maintenance so that we can keep our units in top working condition. The price was very reasonable! We had neglected to service our units last couple years due to the Covid mayhem. Our neglecting service was a huge mistake because the huge accordion style filter had gotten super dirty and this caused our unit to freeze and shut down. Chancey and Reynolds have installed and serviced our HVAC for the last 18 years and we really appreciate their honesty and service.

First used Chancey & Reynolds last year when we had a new system installed on our third floor. Based on that excellent experience, we contacted them when our second floor unit did not work at the outset of this cooling season. We were able to get a same day appointment. Communication throughout the day was excellent and Ehsan arrived right on time. He took his time to troubleshoot and clearly explain what was going on. One hour, two parts, and a couple of fuses later, our unit was back to running. Ehsan was kind and professional throughout the time he was with us. Jake showed up when he said he would be here and diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. He had to order parts but returned when he said he would. He had us up and going in a couple hours. Was very professional and accurately gave me a couple tips.
