  Great business! Had an emergency call-in…my air handler quit working on a 94F day! I have a zoo of animals and temps in the house were rising to 80+ quickly I was able to get a same day emergency appointment after hours and they replaced the fan motor… technician was very good and a 2nd one showed up to help.   Jerry was professional. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. He had to order a part and was quick to get it and put it in. He got some emergency heat going while we waited for the part to arrive. He showed up early and went right to work. He's a real asset to Chancey and Reynolds.
