Lucas worked really hard, but also efficiently, to fix what could have been a difficult to diagnose problem. He was respectful and very qualified. Chancey and Reynolds always does a great job, whether you bought your unit from them or inherited it from a previous owner!

My AC went out at the beginning of July and originally I was told that it would be the end of the month before the part came, but Mr. Ehsan really came through for us. He managed to get the part in early and was able to get my unit fixed way before I thought it would be. So thank you again for your help Mr. Ehsan

Jerry came out to perform my semi-annual maintenance service. He was professional and very thorough. He called to let me know when he was en route, introduced himself upon arrival and promptly began working. Never did I think I would have a good laugh and enjoy my time while having my HVAC serviced in the middle of a heat wave. Ehsan deserves more than 5 stars!!! We had a misdiagnosis earlier in the week and Ehsan responded to our call at 7am on a Saturday morning to review & diagnose. 3 hours later we were up and running on the hottest day of the year. He had great communication, professional, and has earned our repeat business!!

Darlene provided great customer service when listening to my issue and provided an expedient service appt. Jake(service tech) arrived on time, thoroughly checked system and quickly determined the cause and replaced, tested and confirmed the issue was resolved! Capacitor was replaced. Both office and field provided outstanding service!

I assumed that getting repair work done on my HVAC would be a nightmare, but it wasn’t. The lovely woman I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman that came out to check on the issue, Ehsan, was great! He was polite, timely, and professional. He figured out the issue in minutes and scheduled a follow up immediately. The work to fix the issue took him almost no time, and everything is working perfectly now.

Conner has been to our house twice. The first time he solved a problem that not only stumped the previous service provider but led them to propose a new unit. Josh was great! He was very quick and professional when providing maintenance on my hvac unit. He informed me about recommendations for my unit and new offerings Chancey and Reynolds are providing without being pushy to sell those offerings to me.
